Privacy Policy
We treat the photographs and stories you send us the way we'd treat a love letter handed to us in person. Quietly, briefly, and only for the purpose you sent them for.
What we collect
When you request or commission a film, we collect: (1) the four photographs you upload or plan to upload, (2) the names, dates, places, and short story you write into the brief, (3) your email address, reservation or order metadata, and (4) standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps).
We do not collect data from third-party trackers we did not explicitly add. We do not sell, rent, or share your photographs or story with anyone, ever — full stop.
How long we keep it
Your photographs and story are deleted from our servers 30 days after we deliver your film. Your finished film stays on our private CDN for 12 months so you can re-download it; after that we delete it unless you've extended hosting.
Order metadata (email, amount, date — no creative content) is kept for 7 years to comply with US, UK, and EU tax law.
You can request deletion at any time by emailing atelier@proposalcinema.com. We confirm within 48 hours.
How we use your photographs
Your four photographs are used solely to create your requested HD film. They pass through our generation pipeline and are not used by us to train any model.
We never publish, post, or share your photographs. We never use them for marketing without separate written consent. We only view them when needed for intake, production, or quality review.
Cookies & analytics
We use Plausible, a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics service, to count visits and measure which pages people read before commissioning. We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads pixels, or any cross-site tracking.
Plausible does not set cookies for analytics. If your browser or privacy tools block analytics, the site works the same.
Your rights
If you live in the EU, UK, California, or other jurisdictions with data-protection laws, you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, port it to another service, and object to processing.
Email atelier@proposalcinema.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will action it within 30 days, free of charge.
