Refund Policy

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your HD film enters the rendering queue. Email atelier@proposalcinema.com with your order number or film link and we'll process the refund within 24 hours.

Once your film is rendering, we cannot offer a full refund — the work has been done. We can, however:

(a) Redo the film, free, if the result significantly misses the brief and the four photographs you provided. (b) Offer a 50% partial refund if the result is technically broken (corrupted file, missing audio, wrong runtime, etc.) and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.

During early access, the delivery window is the window we confirm with you by email before rendering begins. If you have paid for that window and we miss it for any reason inside our control, you get a full refund and you keep the film.

If we miss it for reasons clearly outside our control (a major cloud provider outage, etc.), we'll communicate immediately and offer a fair remedy for the HD film, your choice.

We have been asked. We are sorry. We do not refund commissions for personal reasons — by the time you ask, we have already done the work, and we believe the film is still yours to keep regardless.

If you'd like, we can quietly delete the film from our servers and remove it from your account. Email us; we will not ask why.

Please email us before initiating a chargeback. A short conversation is usually faster than a card-network dispute, especially for a custom HD film. We answer within an hour during business hours and within 12 hours otherwise.

Email atelier@proposalcinema.com with the subject line "Refund · [order number or film link]" and one or two sentences about why. No forms, no scripts. A real person reads every email.
